What is your system repair/replacement service policy?

We will replace all parts at no charge to you as long as your system is used as intended. We will advance ship you a replacement and even pay for the return shipping of the part needing service. Every Lifenet medical alert system includes our exclusive 5 Star Protection at no extra charge.

I want Lifenet medical alert for both mom and dad - do I pay two monitoring fees?

The service fee covers them both provided they live in the same home but a second help button for an additional $3.99 per month will be needed for the second person.

Can my Lifenet medical alert system be moved if I move or visit with my children?

Yes. You’ll need to tell us the new address and phone number will be. We’ll send you the new paperwork and immediately make the appropriate changes.

How will emergency personnel gain access to my home?

Should we have to contact medical personnel, we will also alert the friends / neighbors / family members on your contact list that have a key to meet the medical responders and open your door. If you prefer not to have a friend keep a key, you can order a key lock box for your door for $1.99 per month. LifeNet monitoring personnel will provide the key lock box combination to the responders allowing them to gain access to your home without doing damage.
